I unexpectedly put my G Shock 6900 into military mode (24 hour format). I was wondering does anyone discern how to put it back in 12 hour format? I can't seem to find my instruction manual. Thanks!

So I bought myself a g-shock today and I announce the manual but it never explained the purpose of the circles. So does anyone know what they are for?
A: It's good another seconds counter, sorry.. I guess it's helpful with the stopwatch manner because it gives you sort of an analog view of the seconds, and it looks chilling anyway lol.
I requirement to get a watch that looks cool like the G Shock, but I'm on an extremely tight budget. Please caress free to mention any other cool, CHEAP, durable, and water shedding watches as well.
